You know with all these conspiracys about the goverment nowadays about CIA projects and what not, where do draw the line? Why cant we have a normal runned society why does the goverment feel it has to start war with someone because we all knoe 9/11 was just a inside job. Like they way i see it as when i see the republican side of things i can agree on somethings but they can get radical same goes for democrats and liberals i can agree on some things but not all. So why cant we just have a president who favors republican and democrats equally and does things to help both not hurt one and help the other.

Welcome aboard. I am afraid what you are asking is a fabulous dream --- that everyone can just join hands & sing Kum-Bayah (sp?) But unfortunately that is just not Human Nature. In the Garden of Eden, there were only 4 people, and yet Cain killed his brother Abel. It was apparently jealousy, because God had more favor for Abel's flocks, than he did for Cain's crops. There will always be differences of opinions, & this leads to arguments, & then often leads to violence. So it is a good thing to have places to discuss things & try to work it out. But NOBODY will agree 100% of the time.

With the President, he cannot be a Dictator and solve any problem by Decree. He is a "representative" of the People, duly Elected by a Majority of the citizens.
This has been decided the fairest way to solve problems in any large group. Then we allow discussions, debates, evidence, etc to verbally solve the problem.

But then there is the problem of "Bribery". In any system where some members have a HUGE advantage of WEALTH or PROPERTY, or any other valuables, that can be used to "manipulate" the verdict, or the passage of a Law --- there have to be RULES against such a violation of fairness. People can give testimony to prove their side, & they can accuse members of "bribery" if they try the "Payola" way to success.

There is probably no such thing as ONE PERSON who can be totally "unbiased" on every topic. All people have slight prejudices, or favorites, or tendencies or opinions from prior experiences, which can produce a slight bias in any situation. And the way our system is set up, there are 2 parties, & the President is the Leader of ONE of the Parties in Question. OBAMA is the Leader of the Democratic Party. For nearly 300 years our system has been very effective. But in the last few years, after the Tea Party (GOP) came into power, things are somewhat out of control, since they refuse to follow parliamentary procedure. They let the government go "off the cliff" if anyone disagrees with them. (Last time it cost the US Govt & our citizens at least $25 billion).

This enters into the "bribery" thing again. When extremely wealthy people use their $$ to cheat on elections, or court verdicts, then the whole system of democracy is in extreme jeopardy. It may destroy our democracy, & force us again to be "under a King" -- who only works for his own greed, & profit margin. (Typical of Republicans). When you have two factions who are the polar OPPOSITES of each other, you cannot have peace & justice. It is like 2 deadly rattlesnakes locked together in mortal combat. Sometimes I think God has to step in & be the referee.

Your last line is laughable; no whatever "god" ever has stepped in about what humans do. Sorry we are on our own and determine our own destiny.
