John Oliver is definitely one of a kind. My $15 a month subscription is worth it just for his show.
It's awesome how Oliver can take a very complicated issue that Americans don't understand much about and phrase it in a way that they will definitely understand. Case in point--dick pictures. I was laughing so hard when he showed Snowden a picture of his junk and then asked Snowden to explain how a variety of spy programs would get their hands on said picture. Hell, if that's what gets Americans up in arms about our government spying on us then I'll take it!

Great movie. It was such a great idea to document in video the meetings they had in his hotel room. It's one thing to read about it in the paper, but it's another thing entirely to see exactly what discussions they were having and the plan they developed to get this information out to the world.
It's sad how few Americans don't care that the government is documenting each and everything they do on their phones and online, but maybe they will change their minds once they realize that the government is seeing all those dick pics they are sending that they think are private.
