I forgot to mention that Obama said; that he had no "strategy
" yet on how to deal with ISIS (especially in Syria) . Of course the GOP made a big deal out of that. In my opinion may be he should not have said that, but kept that for himself, so the GOP could not "feast
" on that. However I fully agree that a strategy in this situation with that many factions involved is like Russian roulette; whoever sides you choose in this situation may be the wrong party afterwards and may backfire, The problem with the military as well the police here, they are very slow to adapt to changing situations; why? because we have become a "paper
" tiger; rules, laws, lawyers run the show here ; not common sense
. As well we have become way too much detail oriented.
I'm sure Obama wants a clear picture, but won't get it because of the bulk of generals are either ex. Vietnam, (also Kerry, McCain) Iraq, Afghanistan etc. Which wars were from a strategy point of view a total disaster
. Therefore his "advisors
" are useless in this situation. The media follows that same pattern; they invite only the military, or ex military for comments; always the same nutheads. If Obama follows such pattern as well then no wonder he will be up the creek without a paddle.
