Hamas should reconsider their intent to wipe Israel off the map. Ebola should be their focus.
Should it break out in Palestine, the State of Israel and its advances in science including medicine
would be the only possible preservation of the Palestinian populace. In addition, Israel as U. S.
proxy (militarily/territorially-traditionally) would act as advanced Western World provider of not only
medications, but personnel and provisions in general.
Considering the threats of nature, that a terrorist sect seeks destruction of what would be their
people's salvation is beyond ignorance. It's lunacy.

But deprecating a whole population, especially decimating so many civilians thereof, is obviously not
a resolution. Rather, it's resulting in "backlash" against the "victims" due to the victims' proportionate
brutality to innocents including women and children. The casualty differentials between Jews and
Palestinians is shocking. The tally of carnage committed (even including Hamas's rockets and the
intermittent suicide bombers in Israel) reveals massacre by the one side, murders by the other.

It would seem that discovery of the Israel end of the tunnels would be easier than of the Gaza side
entries thereof. It would seem that Israeli (with international interface) seismic sensors (and other
tech) could ascertain subterranean activity in a dozen (?) places . . . . and the access routes be
blocked or blown up without rendering whole sections of cities into post-blitzkrieg rubble (along
with the deaths of so many women and children).

But, I repeat myself from a day or so earlier, were the US being attacked, our response would be
overkill as well. And in the earlier post I enumerated inclusive of fire bombing German civilian
cities and then the grand finale double-header of Japan.

In a world where corporations collude and collaborate and coalesce cartels and confederations and
really account for the operant energies and dynamics and systems of existence -- that some sort
of resolution to such ongoing Middle East massacre and misery can't be . . .bribed??? . . . really
    astounds me.
Or is it some nefarious multi-national plot to keep the whole region in turmoil lest it coalesce,
itself, into a major-nation paradigm of confederated Islamic states, no matter how unlikely that
    seems.

    I wonder as I wonder.

Yes, I wonder as well where this will end; for the US it is great so they can spent our tax money in some messy environment(s), so someone's bankaccount flourishes over the back of dead people. I have no concern at all for Israel; they will eventual annex that area with the closed eyes approval of the US.

I guess let's throw in Putin and Maliki as well as Micky Mouse and then stir and shake this concoction and serve to our "leaders" as an nice cocktail.

Agreed Dutch. Plenty to be said about Hamas and Ebola.... but as you said, why not combine all world events into one crazy conversation ?
Palestinians should be nice to Israel because they have technology and hospitals. That was very funny. With the same logic.... Jewish people owe
a debt to the Germans for temporary lodging and the free tattoo. I hope we can find a better thread to consider. This one was offensive.
There's a large amount of money in the middle east. If they didn't think that Israel would blow it up......Saudi Arabia or UAE could build a hospital for the Palestinians with their pocket change.

Tony as always youve got a good head on your shoulders; compliments. Sorry the world is a mess enjoy it!!
Also I don't know where some people went to school here; an CNN reporter was kind amazed the ISIS guys were hiding now, because of the air attacks.
Amazing; the intellect in the news. But you can make a fortune right now selling cement and bricks to Gaza! So lets start the Gaza cement company; you want in?

Re. Israel and Palestine and previous post.
Perhaps it should be read again?
    Offensive???
Perhaps the element of "satire" in what I wrote was missed by some readers.
But perhaps a serious consideration was also stated -- my example being ebola. What if??
Offensive??? My referring to the Israeli retaliation overkill as "massacre" relative to the Hamas's "murders".
    To which should I apologize?
Offensive??? My consideration that discerning tunnels from the Israel side would seem easier than from amidst the crowded Palestinian side?
But if there were no rockets from, there'd be no retaliation strikes on.
Offensive that I pointedly mention the tragically disparate differential in fatalities between Jews and Palestinians, especially civilians?

A comparison of what my post represents and states -- that Jews should thank Nazis for lodging and tattoos ... I can only assume satire
is stated in this, for I have more respect for all those on Democratichub than to think that would be a serious retort to my thread.

The points of my point: What's going on is detrimental to both sides and now resulting in a growing worldview of the "former victim" (which was
the Holocaust Jews) transforming into "a force and focus of brutality" (current Israeli retaliations -- but comparison to Nazis is absurd). . . and something should be done by the world leaders to stop the whole mess.
    But . . . . . what, just what if . . . some epidemic or other broke out in Palestine . . . . . ??

Offensive?? I'm not offended even if that response was not satirical. If it was serious, please read what I wrote again and think about it.
    I think we all need to put a lot more perspectives into our thinking. For it comes down specifically to . . . MY right may be YOUR wrong . . and vice versa. So we need to fully comprehend the CAUSE AND EFFECT factors . . . . including what would happen . . . . if . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . pick some choices, variables, scenarios, including devastating . . . . . even such as ebola . . . . . . .

Yes Satire and Sarcasm. Completely over looking the Israeli crush of the Palestinians makes me believe this is an absurd conversation. Unless you're speaking for your religious heritage, it just doesn't make sense. I'll not be continuing this thread. Best of luck to you.

Yes Tony, I absolutely agree; I guess he must have been smoking something.

Tony, they are at it again. I wonder if after a while that whole Gaza is only rubble. I guess that is the objective of Israel; the same here with real-estate if you buy a house it is more expensive than just a building lot. Not that Israel is going to "buy" it; I guess they just "annex" it.
