(Even though links have very diff. addresses, the second link pops up regardless of which is selected. A simple search will have the story) *****

On the net..... As was widely reported a few days ago, the Pope accidently cursed during a sermon recently. His native language is Spanish, and this misspeak was in Italian. He was reported to have later said, we're all human and we make mistakes. No harm / no foul.

The top link troubled me more though. He mentions while at a funeral, he stole a rosary from the hand of a dead priest. Stolen in Argentina. That was shocking to me. Maybe as a Pope he gets a dozen free passes.

Otherwise, I generally like what this pope has said. (I'm not Catholic) He speaks of charitable work / helping the poor. He speaks about the church not getting too hung up on some current issues such as gay marriage.

Sorry Pope's do not make mistakes; they are instructed via heavenly e-mails from Mars, so what can go wrong?

The Pope addressed the issue of the Rosary this way, the priest who died was a dear friend of his, and he took the Rosary to be able keep his friend in his thoughts daily and he still carries that Rosary with him to this day.

I believe that's one of the big 10 commandments. THOU SHALL NOT STEAL.
I believe if any of us were to steal from a dead priest we'd get a one way ticket to hell.

Didn't say it wasn't wrong, only thing is I try not to judge, my understanding is that the Rosary is an instrument of prayer, the same way as the bible being placed I hotel rooms, if you take one as a means to furthering your faith, so be it.
