I can understand where the Judge came to his decision using the 14th amendment. It is clear under Section 1 for Due Process that no State may impose a law infringing upon the life and liberty of a US Citizen from establishing his/her home. Read the 14th amendment on Wikipedia. This may go to the Supreme Court, but I doubt that they will even hear it. The 14th amendment protects this and it is probably the reason why so many States are allowing passage of allowing gay marriage recognition. The Mormon Church in Salt Lake City are going crazy over this ruling. How many Mormons does it take to reinforce the ban on Gay marriage in Utah? Sounds like the ole, "how many -------does it take to screw in a light bulb". This is going to be fun to watch in the coming months. Homophobes beware their coming for you. Oh no!
So, Mr. Homophobe Duck Robertson, you can attempt to express your free speech and no State. Local, Federal authority may deny that freedom for you, but A&E can tell you how far you can take a flying leap. A&E is not a Local, State or Federal authority. I wonder when Tennessee and Kentucky will cater to allowing gay marriage recognition? Deep in the heart of Dixie, comes Homophobia! Oh no! Git ready to duck, Duck Robertson.
Although I'm not gay, but I do know some gay friends and respect them for who they are.....people. I'll have fun with this issue because I'm expressing my free speech, just like Duck Robertson. Unless "The Democratic Hub", fires me, than this is my last post.
