A few things to keep in mind before you weigh in:
Jesus, assuming he did exist, was born in the Middle East to a Jewish family. It is almost impossible for him to be Anglo Saxon
Saint Nicholas was indeed a Greek bishop but he was born in modern day Turkey which was controlled by Greece at the time. Nearly all depictions of him show him being a very dark, Middle Eastern man.
Santa Claus is a mythical figure who lives in the North and visits every house in the world once a year. He has been depicted is 1000's of different ways varying in build, ethnicity, garb and personality. It varies from country to country.
So my biggest question is simple. Putting aside all the historical errors, who really cares what race Santa is? The whole Santa thing is something fun parents do for their children. If one set of parents decide to depict Santa as black, red, pink, neon green or as a lovable dolphin, why should that bother anyone else in the slightest? They can depict Santa however they want. I am almost shocked that Fox News devoted an entire segment of air time to this but then I remember that it's Fox News.
