    If Alexander the Great is the most influential man in human history, then Genghis Khan would be a close second. On the backs of ponies, he spread the Mongol Empire from the Pacific Ocean to Greece and all the way South through India. Roughly 1 in 200 men are direct descendants of this man. It's a surprise he had anytime left in his day to conquer the Eastern world.
