Obama's decision to halt deportation of hundreds of thousands of immigrants is the right thing to do. He is exercising a power that has often been used by many previous Presidents such as George Bush who allowed 7000 Iraqi refugees to come to the U.S. In making this decision, Obama is prioritizing limited resources and is not issuing green cards or providing amnesty.
