Don Dwyer, a Republican in the Maryland House of Delegates, has been arrested and charged with his second DUI in as many years after he was pulled over in the early hours of Tuesday morning. The Maryland lawmaker was stopped after officers reported he was driving erratically. Mr. Dwyer reported that he only had two beers, but failed multiple sobriety tests and is said to have been glassy eyed and slurring his speech in the police report. Mr. Dwyer recently pleaded guilty to being under the influence in a boat crash that injured 7, including a 5 year old girl back in August of 2012 and is scheduled to be sentenced for that offense in October.
