The days following Hurricane Sandy, where dozens of people died and most of New York was shut down, Donald Trump reportedly forced his 'Apprentice' staffers to come back into work. Several staffers have spoken out about the absurdity of having to work directly after the devastating hurricane, one employee of note reported saying, "We all worked the day after. The whole city was shut down. It was really irresponsible and selfish… Like, no one was under the illusion that we were making fine art here, that it had to be pushed that hard. It was crazy. Business in the city had basically shut down.”
