Former New York City mayor and current Donald Trump adviser Rudy Giuliani said in an interview that Trump is more qualified to be President "than a woman." Giuliani asked "This Week" moderator George Stephanopoulos “[d]on’t you think a man who has this kind of economic genius is a lot better for the United States than a woman, and the only thing she’s ever produced is a lot of work for the FBI checking out her emails?”
The New York Attorney General has ordered that the Donald J. Trump foundation cease all activity in New York, the state the charity is located in. While the order only pertains to New York, it will likely have an impact nationwide because the charity is headquartered in the state.
Over twenty former crew members, editors and contestants on Donald Trump's show "The Apprentice" have accused him of a wide range of sexist and lewd behavior throughout the shows history. The former crew members also claimed Trump would talk about the breast size of female contestants and openly discussed which ones he would like to have sex with.
Donald Trump's company rented retail space at one of his buildings in New York to an Iranian bank that has known ties to terrorism. The Iranian bank, Bank Melli, has been accused of funneling money to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard and of helping to obtain materials for Iran’s nuclear program. It is illegal under Federal law to do business with any company in Iran without permission from the US Government.
The New York Attorney General ordered the Trump Foundation to stop soliciting funds immediately after he concluded that the foundation never obtained the proper credentials and failed to register with the state as a charity soliciting money. In doing so the foundation has avoided the mandatory audits that are required of any charity who wishes to solicit money from people.
Healy Baumgardner, Donald Trump's senior press representative, has resigned from the campaign citing the direction the campaign was going. Ms. Baumgardner wrote that “[i]t is clear the campaign is now going in a direction I am no longer comfortable with and I have decided to move on.”
Donald Trump's leaked 1995 tax returns show that he claimed a $916 million loss, which is so large that he could have avoided paying any Federal income tax for the next eighteen years or more. The massive loss happened due to his mismanagement of three casino's, a failed airline company, among other bad investments. Tax law allows wealthy businessmen who lose a lot of money to spread out their loss over a number of years, effectively cancelling out any income tax they owe in future years.
Donald Trump is accused of pressuring his second wife, Marla Maples, to pose nude in Playboy magazine in 1990 and even went so far as to negotiate the amount of money she would receive. Maples refused to pose for the magazine because she didn't want to be exploited and worried that she would never be taken seriously again.
A former Philadelphia Inquirer reporter accused Donald Trump of calling her the c-word after she wrote a critical report of Trump's business dealings back in 1988. The reporter, Jennifer Lin, said Trump called her house and began yelling at her and then hung up. Lin then said that Trump called her editor at the newspaper and called her the c-word. Craig Stock, the editor Trump is accused of calling, confirmed Lin's account.
Tax filings also show that Eric Trump's charity directly gave $188,000 to Donald Trump to host charity events at multiple of his golf courses. The charity itself also spent $880,000 to host golf events at Trump's clubs.

House and Senate Republicans are refusing Democrats requests to investigate Donald Trump's ties to various oligarchs in Russia. Democrats in both chambers of Congress have asked their Republican colleagues who are in control to look into Trump's business and financial ties with Russia, but they have so far refused.
A hotel owned by Donald Trump secretly conducted business in Cuba, which was against federal law. Documents that recently came to light show that Trump's Hotel and Casino spent $68,551.88 in Cuba during the late 1990's even though it was illegal to spend any amount at all.
Donald Trump's deputy campaign manager, David Bossie, accused Hillary Clinton of enabling President Clinton's infidelity during his tenure as President and said that everything she now says about championing women's rights goes against her actions against women during the 1990's.
The Arizona Republic, a major Republican paper in Arizona, endorsed a Democrat for President for the first time in their 125 year history after calling Donald Trump unqualified to be President. The editorial board also accused Donald Trump of not having the temperament or experience to be President, criticized his unwillingness to release his tax returns, and said Secretary Clinton doesn't "casually say things that embolden our adversaries and frighten our allies."
Donald Trump was denied a special tour of The International Civil Rights Center and Museum’s after the museums co-founder accused the campaign of trying to bully his staff and for demanding special requests that could not be granted. The campaign insisted that the museum be closed to the public for up to five hours while Trump toured it, which the museum said they don't do for anyone and the co-founder of the museum also accused the Trump campaign of attempting to use the tour for political gain.
The Cincinnati Enquirer, one of the largest papers in Ohio, endorsed Hillary Clinton over Donald Trump; the first time they have endorsed a Democrat in nearly 100 years. The editorial board wrote that "[o]ur country needs calm, thoughtful leadership to deal with the challenges we face at home and abroad. We need a leader who will bring out the best in all Americans, not the worst."
