It takes at least 4 or 5 years to develop a successful vaccine so I wondered why it seemed to take only a few months to develop the Covid vaccines and on the TV program; Going Underground on RT on Nov 17th I learned the history of the new NRA vaccine technology.

Professor Katalin Kariko from Munich, Germany developed this new NRA vaccine technology over 25 years and achieved success just before the Covid pandemic appeared.

Professor Katalin Kariko has trouble receiving grants during those 25 years for her research but she didn't give up and thanks to other countries taxpayers she was able to continue her research, unfortunately, Big Pharma spread the lies that they were responsible for the development of this new NRA vaccine technology.

There is no doubt that Professor Katalin Kariko's dedication, talent and persistence in the face of many obstacles and challenges over 25 years has resulted in saving millions of lives during this pandemic and Big Pharma is costing millions of lives because they patented a vaccine technology that they has no involvement in its development and this lie has made them billions. Big Pharma's criminal activities in regard to this whole matter should be investigated and prosecuted and mass murder should top those criminal charges and only in a country ruled by a corrupt Oligarchy would such horrific criminal activities be tolerated.

An April 2021 New York Times article, Kati Kariko Helped Shield the World From the Coronavirus, recognizes her achievements. From the article:

"Now Katalin Kariko, 66, known to colleagues as Kati, has emerged as one of the heroes of Covid-19 vaccine development. Her work, with her close collaborator, Dr. Drew Weissman of the University of Pennsylvania, laid the foundation for the stunningly successful vaccines made by Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna."
