  • Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam is under increased scrutiny after revelations surfaced that the FBI is investigating business dealings done by Pilot Flying J, a family-owned truck stop company that is run by the Governor's brother. While the Governor claims that he has removed himself from dealings with the family business, his actions seem to show otherwise. A top political adviser for the Governor is the point man in the company's response to the FBI probe and the Governor recently appointed Brad Martin as the interim President of the University of Memphis, who is also a part-owner of the company.
