I notice you used the word formidable. When I used it Dutch attacked me. I would also like to point out that I synopsized most of these points a year ago. Warning that Trump was a formidable candidate and that he needs to be taken seriously. When I presented Trump's viability over a year ago, I got a lot of negative flack while Trump was dismissed as a going nowhere joke. One thing being overlooked and the most dangerous is Trump can't be battled by negative attacks.
The stimulus package should have been made a permanent plan. You can't stimulate something that doesn't exist. Taxes should be raised to make the stimulus plan permanent. I have maintained taxing non jobs productive entities high . Trump is now talking about taxing hedge funds.
Trump will make the Republican Party the party of the people. His life style of the rich and famous appeal is hard to counter. He has passed the approval stage. He is now the voice people want to hear and be. I haven't read his book "The Art of the Deal" but now I want to. I'll bet his campaign is right out of the book. His tough mea culpa's have locked him in. I have been listening to him and he is smart, knowledgeable and quick witted. He is teaching people that government is by the lobbyist. He says he won't listen to lobbyist. So what, he already has the best interests of big money and corporations in his heart.
