Include every major Al-Qaeda person killed that was not controversial (skip U.S. citizen killed in drone strike)

This is not for anyone guilty of any felony or probably any misdemeanor or anything you would be critical of a republican doing. If the comparable thing would fit under a major or average conservative scandal then do not add it. The liberal was deserving.

And also same goes for a minor conservative scandal.

The idea is this feature is for minor stuff conservatives exploit and exaggerate purely for political reasons and wouldn't garner much attention otherwise.

Also, note, after addressing all the hp tasks that this could actually go under defending democrats feature:

The defending democrats feature does not hsve to absolve a democrat of all wrong doing. But if it is something way blown out of portion and a democrat is not going to face any repercussions for it then you can add it under the defense of democrats feature.

Note the purpose of this is to defend democrats that both
1.) democratic leadership defends
2.) it seems like it is defensible to ordinary intelligent person
3.) enough information is known that this is an obvious overblown issue for political reasons

In which case, your documentation of this would address this with the proper context. That is, if there is something, mention the "something", details why it is "minor" and debunk and argue against ppl who may be blowing it out of proportion.
