Looking thorough the above cited documents, personally I’m making now the following rather obvious enough conclusions: Americans do not need any peace in Afghanistan, as well as they do not need political stability there and do not need Karzai as a country leader any more. No way - DoS still sees its fruitable business in Afghanistan. Drugs, armament trade, destabilization of the whole region and undoubtedly an opportunity to use significant budgetary means... There’s no bottom to it.
