The way things are going this year, we have multiple candidates running for the GOP (Prez & VP) who are obviously not qualified for such high office. In order to cut down the field of hopefuls, & waste less time in choosing the actual finalists, I suggest we establish some minimum criteria:

First, the candidate must have graduated from an established reputable college with a grade point average above 3.0 = (B). Graduation from Law School is not necessary but extremely useful.

The person must exhibit a desire to participate in Public Service, hoping to be helpful to all mankind, and with expressed (& demonstrated) tendencies to altruism, selfless action, & charity work.

A background in liberal arts is very useful, instead of all business studies & economics courses.
Those latter studies tend to distract one from moral issues, & concentrate the mind on avarice.

All should have good character, being honest & sincere, with high moral values, & integrity.

To ensure that all candidates are equally capable of efficiently performing their duties:

ALL candidates must undergo: (1) a DRUG TEST (2) an IQ TEST (3) a SANITY TEST.

Understand that the Executive Office of the United States of America requires the highest ethical standards, the greatest amount of responsibililty, & the highest degree of loyalty to the ideals of our Founding Fathers. All candidates should be familiar with early Colonial History, some biography of the early Founders, & the founding Documents (ie: Declaration of Independence, & Constitution).

Since the highest level of Decision making is CRITICAL: A full course in LOGIC is required.

The Presidential office requires excellent speaking abililty, & the ability to think on your feet, to be able to speak fluently on any topic, with world leaders, & the press. World travel may be required suddenly, without notice, so the candidate must be flexible, energetic, & in near perfect health.

The President must be a representative of all the 310 million citizens of the United States & be willing to take action to protect all their rights, & physical well-being, at all times. To preserve and to protect our sacred Constitution, which is an example to the entire Free World. And to be diplomatic in all his/her actions at the United Nations, NATO, & other international assemblies.

All candidates must hereby PLEDGE to abide by all these requirements and guidelines.

By your signature to this document, you hereby "disavow" any other pledges or agreements to any other party, person, political affiliation, corporation, benefactor, lobbyist, or foreign govt. This especially applies to any former Pledge you may have made to Grover Norquist, the Tea Party, or the loose affiliations with Fox News, Murdoch, Koch Bros, or former Bush Admin officials.
