If you watched Rachel Maddow tonight, it was an eye opener for all of us that have been trying to figure out Herman Cain.  It's all a game and Herman Cain has been playing us for fools...it's a joke. She has connected the dots. This is performance art. It is entertainment.

Watch Rachel's program:

Way to go Rachel!!

I think Rachel hit it right on the head tonight with her view on Herman Cains as "Performance art and entertainment".  She mentioned all the right quotes but I want to add to her list of where the quote about the "allegators in the moat" came from. there as a joke after Katrina and about that same time the allegators were eating people in Florida from
"SMARTGUYZ. NET" (MAKING SENSE OF POLITCAL DOUBLE SPEAK)
' Solving problems with Maxine'
: Everyone concentrates on the problems we're having in this country lately: illegal immigration, hurricane recovery, and allegators attacking people in Florida. Not me. I concentrate on solutions for the problems.  It;s a win-win situation.
. Dig a moat the length of the Mexican border
.Send the dirt to New Orleans to raise the level of the levies.
.Put the Florida allegators in the moat along the Mexican border.

I just love the Rachel Maddow show and wanted to comment  on this one  Herman Cain Quote.

Rachel is the best! I love that she alone caught on to what is going on with Cain. Cain has out-"Colbert"ed Stephen Colbert. I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

The question is: Why?

Rachel has made it apparent that Cain has been playing games with his campaign...all the movie clips, and "in your face" ads like his campaign manager blowing cigaratte smoke followed by a clip of Cain's lecheous smile...or his most recent, "I'm a Koch brothers brother by a different mother...and proud of it."  It's all planned and deliberately orchestrated. But why? For what purpose?

Is it all about making money for himself? Or is it to expose the shallow thinking, predictable responses of the media to each of his outrageous statements or ads.  Or is he just having fun?

At least some Tea Partiers have taken him seriously all the way and support him no matter what he says or does.  Is the joke on them?

Now that he has been exposed will his campaign continue? Anyone have answers?  I suppose it will all be revealed in due course.

Yes Herman Cain is a deliberate distraction.  But he's good entertainment value for the left wing media, and between his sexual harassment scandal and the Penn State sex scandal, that's all you'll find on cable TV...oh and throw in a bit of Newt Gingrich.

In the meantime, Barack Obama has been engaged in a highly successful eight day Southeast Asia trip hosting an Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation free trade forum in Hawaii, a visit to Australia in which he announced a new military base there, meeting separately with the leaders of India, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines, speaking at the opening of the 10 Nation Association of Southeast Asian Nations in Bali, and today he will become the first American president to participate at the larger East Asia Summit.

I'm especially disappointed in MSNBC for not giving Obama's trip the coverage that it deserved.  Over the last week, I've watched the same clips of Cain, Penn State, etc. over and over again on Chis Matthews, Al Sharpton, Ed Schultz, Rachel Maddow and Lawrence O'Donnell.  I admit to not watching their programs in their entirity, and if they covered Obama's trip at all I certainly didn't see it.

But hey, it's all about entertainment and ratings...and sex sells whether it's Fox News or MSNBC.

I'm quoting from this e-book I read on this link above.  We all hear the complaints, this book specifies real answers.  I will not directly quote, the link is posted above.  I want a hard-copy book, I know I'm old school, however this writing explains predictions and why a great change is coming to America.  Let me add, its not on revolution or occupy, although some of those factors do play a role.

I think Rachael is great, and I try to watch her show as much as possible.
