Grover Norquist is holding our Congress hostage, by having Republican Senators signing his pledge not to raise taxes, he also states that any Senators or House Members that do vote to raise taxes, that he will personally see to it that they are never re-elected. Isn't this blackmail? What can be done to stop this fool?
