After the century long battles fought by Noah Webster, Thomas Jefferson, and Horace Mann; Michigan Senator Phil Pavlov is seeking to end public education in his state by privatizing education once again. He claims that such privatization is needed to balance the Michigan budget. Is this a viable plan at all or will this prevent the lower class from obtaining an education, they way it has in the past?
