Chavez, a long time ally of Kadafi, has openly critcized the U.S. and European actions in aiding Libya of ridding its dictator. He accuses the U.N. powers of being just after the oil. He claims the tragedy is just beginning. Is there some sort of brutal dictator club that I haven't heard about where people gather and talk about ways to kill their political rivals and quell uprisings?
