It's become pretty apparent recently that the Gahafi regime is on the verge of falling, but what will this mean for oil prices? I'm sure that it will go down, I am just curious how large the impact will be.

Rebel leaders have already expressed their desire to restart production as soon as possible, but it is uncertain how long before this actually has an effect.

Do you think it is feasible for Libya to get back to pre-uprising production levels within the year?
