Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has cancer. Right now, he is gearing up for another round of chemotherapy. The reports are that he has no malignant tumors though. So, do you think this will have any effect on his re-election in 2012? Is his presence still strong enough to get him re-elected by reputation alone? And, if not, who could possibly beat him?
