Jim Hightower "peels the skin off the onion" in this excellent article about how SCOTUS is undermining our Constitution. "Barely six years into Roberts' tenure, he and his narrow majority have thoroughly politicized the Court. The one branch of our national government that was intentionally designed by the Founders to set the rule of law above politics has been turned into another political front group to advance corporate rule."

Hightower cites case after case in which SCOTUS has ruled by a 5-4 margin in favor of corporations. And indeed members of that gang of five have been observed attending Koch brothers meetings.

Roberts. Alito. Kennedy. Scalia. Thomas.

Hightower asks to "Memorize these names, for they are thieves. Put their names and deeds into every political discussion. Spread their infamy. Distribute wanted posters! Make bumper stickers. Send emails and letters-to-the-editor. Chastise Republicans for coddling them, Democrats for doing nothing, and tea partiers for giving these ultimate Big Government authoritarians a pass. It's up to us."

Hey, "Chuck Roast" you are the FIRST person who ever pointed that out -- that when Bush Jr WON the election of 2000, by "selection" of the Supreme Court, it was NOT even Constitutional !!

I really think that little fact should be spread EVERYWHERE, since we all (including me) accepted that verdict as though it was legitimate. We let a wonderful man like Al Gore be "defeated" by a corrupt rich man (Georgie "W") with very few (if any) brains, who then led us into several bankrupting wars, ruined our economy, was down playing on his Texas Ranch & ignoring warnings by Intelligence sources -- so we had "9/11" -- and this led to a "police state" where we are now under surveillance all the time like you'd expect in Nazi Germany. ALL THIS the result of a "rigged election" to put another Bush into the oval office.

I recommend highly the movie "The Skulls" (it has 3 parts, called The Skulls, The Skulls 2, & Skulls 3).
It explains a lot about the "Skull & Bones" fraternity at Yale college, which George Bush (both father and son) belonged to. They are given special privileges, taught how to "game the system" & get anything they want, (like high office in the govt), by use of money & "connections". It also shows how they can get by with murder and corruption, with no consequences. We can readily assume they are given extraordinary ways of passing tests, so they will graduate. And in the Tombs at Yale, written on the wall in HUGE letters, was the word "WAR" -- all Skull & Bones are required to wage a big WAR when they attain high office, because this was their accepted Creed, that all WAR is profitable, & will benefit all big Business.

So you notice that Daddy Bush invaded Kuwait (& IRAQ) when he was in office (his fulfillment of a Skull and Bones promise). And within 2 yrs of his "election" (I use the term loosely) "W" Bush had to wage an invasion into IRAQ also. (To fulfill HIS Skull & Bones promise). See how it works? First learn how to rig your election, then use that high office to WAGE WAR, to make OIL profits for the Skull & Bones big investors. No matter how many of our young soldiers are maimed or killed in battle, or how much this will bankrupt our govt, -- it is a DUTY to the dear old Skull & Bones fraternity. Looking closely, you can see that their Loyalty is NOT to the United States govt, or US citizens, -- it is only to filthy rich Bonesmen.
