Rahm Emanuel is trying to bring high tech jobs to the Chicago area by appealing to young people. His hope is to get college grads to move and start businesses or work for existing companies. He has sent invitations to college seniors around the country offering a tour of the city of Chicago and it's industries. Should more mayors of major cities do this to promote job growth in their area?

Definitely. My brother lives up there and he says there is definitely a buzz about the changes Emanuel is proposing to do. Sounds good to me.
