Brown calls legalized gay-marriage in Massachusetts a 'settled issue' that he doesn't want to be changed. He says marriage should be between a man and woman and he is against the repeal of DOMA, but he is for civil unions and voted to repeal 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell.'
He seems very on the fence, as if he is trying to walk a fine line will civil liberties. Is this a topic you can really be on the fence about?

No, this isn't an issue you can be on the fence about. You're either for marriage equality and the repeal of DADT or you're not. There is a big difference between a legal marriage and domestic partnership, aka civil unions.
