Fox and Friends host, Gretchen Carlson, is trying to make the point that the constitution does not handle terrorist situations fast enough and that politicians should be able to bypass it. (at least in certain situations)
She is talking in favor of the Patriot Act. Thankfully, the guest that she has on the show Judge Andrew Napolitano disagrees with her. I don't think she saw that coming. Watch.
