Julian Assange, Wikileaks founder, is stretching out and holding off giving up all of his documents. He still has not fully released all the supposed 250,000+ diplomatic cables.
According to the below article, he technically only really released 3% of them. He is stretching out the process to get more publicly and more coverage. Smart guy. He wants to keep the topics relevant. The latest leak was only after the New York Times hounded him for months to release his Gitmo documents.
