Let's look at three facts here about the man.
1.) He claims Ayn Rand, a flaming atheist, as his inspiration in politics. You wouldn't think devout Christians are supposed to take cues from atheists, but there it is.
2.) He's a die-hard Packer fan. Here we have a hardcore free market fundamentalist cheering on a Libertarian-Socialist football team. You'd think this guy would be supportive of cooperatives, but no....
3.) His Medicare & Medicaid reform plan involves giving vouchers to citizens to purchase health insurance from regulated health care plans. He's trying to do Obamacare with the Socialist part of the healthcare system, yet he's against the president's healthcare reforms.
Is it any wonder why we're on the brink of a government shutdown?

First of all, Christians are suppose to love there neighbor as themselves, so even if the person is an atheist that does NOT mean that Christians can not be seen with them. So get your facts straight before posting something like that. And also with the whole green bay packers thing. You combined two polar opposites in Libertarian-Socialist. That doesn't even make any sense. Enough said stop bashing people when you clearly don't know the facts. If you want to argue his political views argue that but do not argue something so little as that.

Yeah, little did you know that the first "libertarians" were anti-Marx, left-communists and anarcho-socialists!
Libertarian-Socialism is a real political philosophy. "Libertarianism" in America has been turned into anarcho-capitalism. You don't know the facts.
The Packers are fan-owned. It is a cooperative. It's not your typical corporation. The team is not run to maximumize profit, but for the sake of the competitiveness of the team and the quality of the fan experience. Beer prices are cheap. Free-agent acquisitions are not flashy. And the team keeps Green Bay afloat decade after decade.
And it's no surprise that you don't see a contradiction in Rightwing Christian "Social Conservatives" preaching the psychotic moral philosophy of objectivism,
which is not about loving your neighbor.
According to Ayn Rand, Christianity is "kindergarten for Communism." Is Paul Ryan a Communist?

Okay I am a die-hard Chicago Bears fan what does that make me. Honestly we shouldnt judge anyone just because they like a sports team, you can disagree with them but what your doing is nitpicking.

Well i am a christian and we base our faith on loving thy neighbor. Honestly just because you hate the right so much does not mean that you have generalize all Christians into one category do you know how many different denominations are? Honestly just because some are radical does not mean that all are, i know the media doesnt care about generalizing everyone into to one group but what can you do.
Another thing you do Ayn Rand obviously doesnt know anything about the Christian religion or faith because if he did he would know that there is no one ruler dictating everything we do and continually watching over our shoulder. I get what your saying if he supports him then he must support everything about him. And we shouldnt do that. I support a Dan Lipinski, who is in congress and a democrat, i support him but if he says i hate all cubs fan and i am a cubs fan then he must hate me. Just because someone supports one person doesnt mean you have to go through everything the person has said and judge paul ryan on that. Just respect paul ryan because he is one of the few politicians both left and on the right that want to reduce our national deficit.
Like i said in my first post, dont judge a guy unless your actually judging him not who he supports or what not.

Well...first off Ayn Rand is a woman, not a man. Maybe you should read up on her. She wrote the Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged.
Modern Rightwing "Libertarians" love her. Basically, Ayn Rand said to love thyself and loathe those who cannot manage their lives on their own.
Paul Ryan makes his staffers read her books. I think if you really thought about it, you might reconsider your appraisal of this situation. Judging someone for whom and what they seek to be identified with is not a breach of rationality. Think about this, if somebody tells you they love Adolf Hitler for killing people, you're going to get a little nervous. I know I would, I've got my father's mother's jewish blood.
I'm sure Paul Ryan is a good man, who loves his family, country, and God. I only question the man for his politics and ideas.
And I'm not comparing Rand to Hitler, or Ryan to Hitler.
I question the basic assumptions of deficits politics, and if you care about your country, so should you.
