The proposed Creationist Theme Park may be OK’d for a $37 million tax break. The theme park will feature a full size replica of Noah’s Ark and include dinosaurs among its on-board passengers. Should such a tax break be granted or is this a violation of the Separation of Church and State Clause? Does the fact that the theme park is a for-profit venture exclude it from such incentives or does the religious theme trump the purpose of the park?

Whats the tax break for? Religious reasons or regular building and expansion reasons? Basically, is it for religion or economics? If it's religious, I say NO! If economics, then it's debatable but probably and annoyingly, it's fine.

Is this the same ark that the guy spent 10 years building?
They shouldn't get any more tax cuts than Disney world does. They are both based on fictional characters and stories. :)

Well,(ahem),being the Mega-Corporation that it is,I'm sure Disney got and/or gets its fair share of tax breaks.
But I totally agree!
We are talking about the one here in Kentucky, right? I think its a clear violation of the separation of church and state. Outrageous abuse of ...... haha everything!..... haha. Religious "segments" seem to have such a hold over politicians anymore. How can they get away with this? The "study" the Governor based his support on was a total snowjob and flawed from page one. But......... It seems like what the christians want these days ,the christians get. And the farther out there the better it seems.
