So, many states are in the works to decriminalize marijuana. Some have already made medical marijuana legal. A handful of states are at the forefront of making marijuana completely legal. As far as the logistics go,(taxing, regulation, etc) that's still very much up for debate. But, many balls are rolling on this issue. Here are the front runners:
California
Colorado
Washington
Oregon
Maine
Massachusetts
Which do you think will fully legalize marijuana first? Do you think this will happen by next year or not? And, of course, why or why not?

My vote goes to.... Colorado. Not as political and news worthy as California. And, they already have dispensaries for medical marijuana purposes. The culture, by and large, seems to understand the innate value of cannabis on the economy. So, Colorado seems to be the best bet.
