"The conventional wisdom that eating a big breakfast reduces hunger for the rest of the day has never made much sense to me: as someone who isn't particularly hungry in the morning, I've found that skipping breakfast has never left me ravenous at lunch or dinner, and is much easier than nixing another meal to keep calories down." I find this as well. I have never really eaten breakfast. See article.
