Research has shown that birds of a feather do, in fact, flock together most of the time: People tend to become friends with people similar to themselves. Studies have also shown that that people's friendship styles – the number of friends they have and how central they are in their social network – are influenced by genetics." See article.

Recently, I landed in a new friend group. I can say that I admire certain qualities about each and every person and we have all noticed that no one really judges anyone else. Which I feel is a rare trait to find in people. While we are not all best of friends yet, some how I feel as if we could all grow to that.
