It's 5 months since the oil rig was capped and still they are finding thick oil slicks coming up on the coast line. See

. My question, is BP cleaning this up still? Or is it now left to the poor states to figure out how to pay for it? Louisianna is still on the mend from Katrina... Seriously I want to eat shrimp again.
