CLAIM: The DREAM Act will encourage more illegal immigration.
FACT: The DREAM Act DOES NOT encourage more illegal immigration.
It is not a magnet for new arrivals. Only those who have been here for five years or longer before enactment will qualify and they must have arrived when they were under 16-years old. You can’t be older than 29 to qualify.

The DREAM is wrong because is pushes those who origins were from an illegal act to the front of the line. I went to college in California. I was a California resident, therefore I paid in state tuition rates. This DREAM act crap is talking about giving someone who is not a U.S. citizen in state tuition rates, while someone who is from Ohio has to pay out of state tuition at state universities other than Ohio.
