A upheld the 1996 ban on the usage of affirmative action in California. On one side you have the argument that nobody should ever be classified by race or ethnicity while on the other you have the argument that minority enrollment in Universities in California have dropped dramatically since the ban was implemented.
Which side's merit has more weight with you guys? Should the ban be enforced or do the studies show that we are not a people that can live as equals yet?
