The clip in the article shows Bill O'Reilly interviewing Beck as he plugs his new book. Beck starts talking about how outraged he was about Michelle Obama's visit to the oil damaged coastline. He wasn't upset by any rhetoric or gaffe by the first lady. Instead he was upset about the clothes she was wearing. He was outraged because she was wearing fashionable clothes.
What I thought was funny was O'Reilly's reaction to Beck's comments. It seemed that even O'Reilly thought Beck's comments were absurd. well oreilley is a national conservative, trying to appeal to those further to his right....
he's an Irish Catholic from Long Island, so you won't find this Irish kid bashing him.....he's family to me ....even if he's a redblooded prick....
now Beck is a recovering addict...period......everything else about him must be understood in this context...
only the war psychosis can explain his popularity....
