Obama campaigned on making the government more transparent, but according to this article, he is cracking down harder than ever on any kind of transparency and whistle blowing. I am in favor of knowing what our government does. The government is intended to be run by the people. I do understand the need for classified information but too many politicians are hiding secrets that are not national secrets.
