Sri Lanka has decided to investigate itself, with the support of Hillary Clinton, for it's war time actions relating to human rights violations. The UN disagrees and says it should perform the inquiry because a government doing it's oven investigations will cover up the results.

Do you think a country should be able to investigate itself?
And if they did violate human rights, they managed to end the war...is it worth it? This was was a 26 year old war which is now over.
