In light of the Government of South Korea has accused North Korea of using a torpedo to sink a ship in March, killing 46 South Korean sailors and North Korea denying the accusations. Do you think that a war is likely between South and North Korea? Why and why not?

I believe it is. Any time hostile neighbors can try to create peace I think its a great idea.
