Some say that the reason we have pirates again is because of the Somali war and the 4 warlords that are fighting it out. I say it's because of that but also because our international laws allow it. There is a law that only allows one to fight back when being directly attacked or to pursue only a certain distance. It is good that the laws are being temporarily modified to fight the pirates...but should there be a new law? Why do you think there are Somali Pirates? And what should we do about them?
