In light that the Supreme Court nominee Kagen's point of view is unknown, what do you think about gun control?
There are many different views about gun control across the US. The question generally falls around whether there is a right to bear arms as stated in the US Constition 2nd Amendment.
First, there is no question as to whether that phrase exists, only as to the meaning of that phrase and if it allows everyone the right to have guns.
There are several ways that this phrase has been looked at, the past english meaning of the phrase, the fore father's meanings, the way it is writen, etc.
What do you think and why?
