Joe Barton represents yet another member of the growing world-is-flat style Republican stupidity (redundant?) club, claiming that "there is serious doubt" about whether anthropogenic climate change is actually occurring. In an earlier post, here, I talked about Jim Inhofe, another Republican against the idea of climate change. This group seems to be growing and I am afraid that after mid-term elections, Democrats will no longer hold enough seats in Congress to make any significant legislation in the arena of climate change. What do you guys think?
