Man, I don't know who else is watching this, but trump is lying so so much. He even has gone as far as slam Regan as being a moron on trade.

"I am the only person in the world that really knows what is going on. The world is screwing us for billions and trillions of dollars every single day. For every dollar you spend, 99 cents is goes out of the country. We are going broke so fast, the richest people in America will be living in poverty in just a few years. We will be forced to beg other countries for food and water, and they will be charging trillions and trillion just eat and turn on the lights. It stops here, and now!"

I am paraphrasing and being a bit crude with R rated sexual descriptions, but this accurately reflects what trump said during the rally.

Trump: "Rick Saccone is my guy. He is not what-his-name who is not even worthy to be a candidate, that guy says he is republican, but really is a sleazy Democrat pretending to a Republican. Rick Saccone has already taken a oath to be 100% loyal to me, while what-his-name, lies, lies and then lies some more. Being loyal to me is like being loyal to God. And let me tell you something, i asked Rick Saccone to suck my dick, and he gave me a fantastic BJ just before I came on stage...HAHAHA, just kidding folks. Truthfully, I did ask him, and he said yes, but he really didn't give me a BJ, but it is good to hear that he would. Don't you agree? if a guy will suck my dick, I've got him by the balls!..HAHAHA"...

    Cheers from the audience.

I recently heard on television a political analyst who said that Pennsylvania has a more liberal Pittsburgh to the west and Philadelphia to the east. Alabama in between.

I have no idea what will happen. I hope a self serving president proves to be toxic to the party. We shall see.

The Five Thirty Eight polling offers some insight into how people might vote. It certainly will be close. I don't know how much the Trump rally will change brains from the dates the polls were taken. The Moon rally really wasn't designed to do that...only excite voters from the Trump base to vote. And it was really a Trump rally and not a Saccone rally. Saccone got third billing behind Trump's self aggrandization and Trump's mocking of a list of Democrats including Maxine Waters.

What always disturbs me about these Trump rallies is the props behind him holding up their signs and acting like a bunch of fanatical kids at a rock concert. They are the ones that should have their IQ's tested and not Maxine Waters.

If Saccone wins, Trump will be bragging that he was the reason.

He was also bragging about that he actually arranged the Olympic games and made it work. Where is the barf bucket? This guy belongs in the "lunatic" farm. S, Korea should be proud of on how they made it all work as well having the "games" without interference (except Pence and Ivanka who did luckily nothing to interfere, except their rotten attitude). The "kid" is the sickest "kid" in the world.

What he wants to accomplish is to create the political illusion that "He" is the source of all republican victories.

This creates the fear that nothing can be done without his endorsement, thus candidates that truly know he is bad for the country will still ask for his endorsement. Even Bush in Texas took sides with trump before last tuesday. What is clear, any candidate that accepts trump's endorsement is bound to trump as a loyalist. They are expected either to openly support trump, or remain dead silent on any disagreements. If trump makes a racists remark, they don't have to get on his racist bandwagon, but they are expected to remain silent as if he never said it.

A significant part of makeup of his base loves that he uses fear to keep Republicans in line. I think of it as terrorist politics, fuck them anyway you can. Make them fear that he won't just come after you, but he will target your entire family. Got a daugher? well good chance she will be targeted as a"Slutty Susan" or your wife becomes "Ugly Betty"

trump at future rally: "Have you seen his wife? she needs to put a bag over her head when she goes out in public... just kidding folks hahaha"

Also at the rally trump proposed the death penalty for drug users\dealers. They are going to die anyway, so why not get rid of them before they commit more crime.

I guess Trump forgets that the "rule" of law exists in this country; thus even drug dealers are dealt with via the "courts". He just acts like any dictator and loves what they did in the Philipines.

People in the public arena like celebrities and athletes should be encouraged by our party to put out statements that suggest that voting is essential. Those who depend on broad public support can't back parties or specific candidates but..... if 85% of the opposition - vote with religious dedication then 90+ % of new voters would be Independent or Democratic.

That was the difference in Alabama recently.

Change is needed quickly. An ugly attempt at an explanation of the electoral college would be needed somewhere along the line. People need to feel important and like their input is essential. Mr. Perez, we have 50 million poor people who have been put at a disadvantage on line two. Taking that call could make you significant sir. They're feeling unsafe (in ways that can't be shot w/guns) scared, worried and vulnerable. Make a difference. Get a few dozen people "who already get mass attention" to advise the public that they - voters can and should make the world a better place.

People don't expect someone with all of the answers. They want someone they can believe in. They want "Hope".

At the Moon rally, he tried to pawn off the "Elected for Life" suggestion as just a joke....But watch, it will come up again and again and again.

And he is taunting the media to ask him about "Elected for Life" so he can give a seemly rational pitch. He wants to make it a national issue for the Trump republican party, along with Gun Rights, Anti-abortion, Pray in schools, etc.

He'd love for 60 minutes to call knowing full well they will give him 20 minutes of air time, and he can explain to millions of voters why "Elected for Life" will make American Great Again. And don't be surprised if he re-write history in the process claiming the founding fathers intended the president to be elected for life, and we have fucked everything up since then, and how he just want to put these back to the way they (he) intended.

Me: "If trump is selling it, it must be shit"

A commander in chief calling a journalist a son of a bitch?

I would love to be in the position of producer or scheduler for MSNBC, so I could arrange a meeting with Chuck Todd and Trump face to face, and hope that Todd gets up off of his seat during the meeting and punches Trump right square in his false teeth, while saying "what did you call my mother???!!!"

The breaking point is nearing. A lot of turning the cheek by rationale intelligent people. Lot of straws being placed on the camel's back.

On Meet The Press Chuck Todd did ask trump spoke person Steve Mnuchin how to explain to kids trump's vulgar use of terms. Mnuchin tried to pivot away from the question, but CT kept pressing him. Mnuchin's final answer was [paraphrasing] that what trump says during rally is irrelevant to the issues, except when he talking about the issues. In other words, how he says things is irrelevant.

    Let me translate.

Translation into real world meaning: "If anyone out there wants to target Chuck Todd and his family with death threats, its OK by me. A few death threats does wonders for keeping people quite, especially if you target his children. Who knows, he might even decide to 'suddenly' retire. And not just him, other journalists with think seriously about not wanting to become the next death threat target"

and often he loves to end his so-called jokes with "Just kidding folks!" [wink, wink, wink]

trump doesn't have to directly make suggestions to do bad very things, he just need to motive people to do them.
