The special council Mueller has subpoenaed Trump's bank accounts, phone calls, and likely his tax returns. Trump threatens to fire him.

The council met in secrecy in Washington during July the 4th, making overtime. In the meantime Trump is overseas, so upon his return the fireworks will be started, I guess.

Great article, thanks for sharing it. I am personally very hopeful that the King of lies, distractions, and misinformation is not an obstacle to uncovering the hidden truth. I am anxious for this to prove troubling and difficult for their Whole gang.

Yes good article. Robert Mueller has assembled an A++ team of lawyers and investigators. The longer they stay together as a team, the deeper they will delve. Even Congress cannot stop them now. Justice will be served.

Trump & Clan want to investigate Mueller. Is this a warning shot to drop his investigation? Sounds like it to me.

My guess is that Mueller will not be swayed by it; he's is aware of the history of Comey, thus he'll fight back and does not budge.

Trump is already looking into pardoning powers. If there's no collusion or no wrongdoing, why is this man being so defensive? He and his minions must have something they don't wish to be made public, there's something hiding, it's pretty obvious now.

100 years from now people will discuss this president and how he changed everything. Zero positive things but a refusal to accept the norms. Different used to be bad but our country is sick and tired of what Washington dc has delivered and "anything different" held it's own appeal. Hey Democratic party..... 96 more months of dysfunctional losing ? It couldn't be an easier path.

    L. Graham says he wants to take away the presidents ability to dismiss or fire MR. Mueller without approval from the courts. I hope he proceeds because MR. Trump doesn't like being told he can't do something.

The latest speculation from the political media is that Trump will reassign Jeff Sessions from AG to head of home land security (vacated by John Kelley). This will allow Trump to be in a better position to fire Mueller without having to fire Sessions first. Trump as been advised he will have huge republican fight on his had if attempts to fire Sessions.

If somehow, someway, Trump manages to get rid of Sessions as AG without firing him, he would need to find a new AG who is already motivated to fire Mueller so that Trump knows Mueller will be fired without Trump having to issue the order. Trump wants Mueller fired, but he also wants to say "I had nothing to do with it, the new AG decided to fire him without asking me. I learned about it watching Fox News"

Trump making such a big deal about sessions recusing himself is going to sink in with the voters that Trump must be guilty as hell.

I think most voters believe he is guilty of something, including his base. His base probably doesn't care what he is guilty of, so when it is revealed what he has been hiding, they will say "so what".

It's highly likely he has done a lot shady business with Russia over the years, and he currently has questionable loans that never need to be repaid. And I would not be surprised that it was Russians that encouraged him to run for president, not anticipating he would win the jack pot by being elected, but to be the Russian's attack dog inside the US political system (the bull in the china shop), going after elected officials\candidates that the Russians dislike. If we want to make this into a large conspiracy, it could be added that the Russians encourage Trump to promote the whole birther issue to undercut Obama for years.

Off Shore banker: "Mr. Trump, we have good news, your $500 million loan has been approved. There is one final request, the backers of this loan have a very special and private request, they would like you to..."

There is a realistic alternative to all this; Trump is nothing more than a very stupid political MF'er, and there is nothing to any of this other than he is just the dumbest SOB to be elected president. The emperor has no clothes. He is Dr. Smith that bumbled his way onto Jupiter 2, then proceeds to fuck everyone over.

Whatever Trump's value\role is to the Russians, its safe to conclude they have found the perfect insider stooge. Hell, they might not be telling him to do anything because he wrecking everything just being a total political moron.

Russia is not "conspiracy theory" at all. Yes this is a mess. Hopefully the truth, decency, and justice prevail. It's sure been a cluster fuck so far.

At the moment its conspiracy theories in the sense we have yet to know the how involved Trump is with the Russians.

I remain opened minded. I can see Trump having Russians connections going back decades and now Putin is taking advantage of what dirt he has on Trump. And I can see it playing out that Trump is nothing more than dumb fuck that needs no help from the Russians to screw everything up; Putin could be sitting back laughing saying "Shit, what he doing on his own is even better than what I had planned. Trump is dumber than I thought. If he has a full 8 years, people will be defecting to Russia to escape from that idiot ...hahaha!"
