Fed up with an inept and self-destructive GOP apparatus in Nevada, the Republican National Committee and the Mitt Romney campaign have decided to erect a “shadow state party” in this critical swing state. After a botched primary in February and the Ron Paul victory in Sparks, the Nevada GOP is severely split and Mitt Romney is not waiting for it to get back together.

An old high school classmate of Mitt Romney's has come forth expressing concern over some troubling bullying that Romney was a part of in High School. John Lauber, a soft-spoken new student one year behind Romney, was perpetually teased for his nonconformity and presumed homosexuality. Romney, with a few friends attacked Lauber, tackling and pinning him then proceeded to cut off his hair.

Romney has selected Ric Grenell as his foreign adviser who is also gay. Grenell is well qualified but due to the recent political climate on gay marriage, the Romney camp has not been letting Grenell speak out on foreign issues. Romney has been getting a lot of heat from the religious right for hiring an openly gay person. Because Romney is a Mormon, the religious has been for more strict on him than on any other Presidential hopeful. Grenell has resigned from the Romney camp.

In 2010, Romney did not own property in Massachusetts but voted for Scott Brown in the special election to replace Ted Kennedy. Romney listed as his place of residence his son's unfinished basement. According to Massachusetts law, a residence for voter registration purposes as “where a person dwells and which is the center of his domestic, social, and civil life” and anyone found guilty of committing voter fraud faces up to five years in jail and a $10,000 fine.

Top Romney aide, Eric Fehrnstrom, compares Romney's campaign policies to an etch-a-sketch. “I think you hit a reset button for the fall campaign. Everything changes. It’s almost like an Etch a Sketch. You can kind of shake it up and we start all over again.” Republican opponents have been using this comment to to reinforce their attacks on Romney saying that he will change his policy positions just to get ahead.

Romney Arizona Campaign Co-chairman and Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu resigned from the Romney campaign after light was shed on a relationship he had with a man who he threatened to deport if the man did not keep the relationship a secret.

Edward Roderick Davies was Ann Romney's father and died in 1992 after living as a staunch atheist all his life. Recently-discovered records show that, in keeping with their controversial tradition of posthumously Baptizing non-Mormons, a ceremony was held to invite Mr. Davies into the Church of Latter Day Saints one year after he died.

We understand that there's no absolute right to serve in all these other areas

Yeah of course its extreme, you dont know anything the individual he could have had other issues. No one likes paying taxes obviously. But the way we are trying to deal with things in the past, at least until I got here, is there is such a log jam in Washington and people want us to do better
