The right has accused Obama of secretly fabricating girlfriends in his biography. The truth is that Obama used a composite character of many girlfriends to convey the impact on his life. This was not secretly done either. From the very first release of the book in 1996, there has been nothing less than full disclosure on the subject.

Obama made the decision to go into Pakistan and take out Osama Bin Laden. On the anniversary of that decision, Obama released an ad highlighting his decision. The ad is tame and fair by comparison of what Republicans use but Republicans still attacked Obama on 'bragging' that he made that decision and that the country doesn't need to be reminded.

On the anniversary of Osama Bin Laden's death, Fox news began saying that Obama has not thanked the troops involved in the mission to seize Bin Laden. In truth Obama has thanked the troops on numerous occasions throughout the year.

Bradlee Dean, an anti-gay preacher and rock band drummer, is suing Rachel Maddow for defamation. However, the suit is baseless as Maddow not only aired his hate-filled and violently rhetoric comments but also aired Dean's statement/disclaimer of those comments. Dean is suing claiming the that disclaimer was never mentioned.

Fox News manufactures a scandal out of a non-story. Fox News totaled 8 hours of coverage and discussion on several of their programs over a Black Panther member that stood outside of a Philadelphia polling station with a billy club, attempting to intimidate voters. The Black Panther Party openly stated that the acted alone and they did not support him. And yet, Fox News continued to overrun the story every chance they get.

President Obama gave a speech on the Middle East which included a reference to a peace deal between Israel and the Palestinians being based on 1967 borders.
