Gov. Jack Markell will join former GE chief executive Jack Welch tomorrow as a closing speaker at the Wall Street Journal’s Women in the Economy conference in Palm Beach, Fla. The speaking role will give Markell, a voice on a topic that has recently been amplified by the presidential campaign.
