Why there won't be exit polls in Massachusetts link

The article talks about how because officials never thought the senate race would be very close, the appropriate steps were not taken to establish reliable exit poll testing. Therefore, there will be no legitimate sources of exit poll data for this race. People will only now the results once polling has finished and a victor is announced.
